ANOTHER photo of Justin Bieber’s junk has been released but thankfully this one’s a fake.
The graphic image was published on the Instagram account of Chantel Jeffries, a 22-year-old model who has been linked to the Sorry singer on and off again since 2014.
In the image, Justin Bieber is pictured in the buff with a ... well ... let’s just say he looks a tad excited.
The picture was accompanied with the caption “I love you Justin” and to make matters worse, Bieber’s ex Selena Gomez was tagged in the photo.
The photoshopped image was on Jeffries’ Instagram account for less than 30 minutes before the model (just like Bieber did recently) disabled her account and tweeted to let fans know what had happened.
“My iG is hacked everyone hold on,” the model wrote.
Jeffries later posted a selfie on Twitter with a rather simple message: “F**k u ha...cker. I’m

1. CUSTOMER-SERVICE REP
Many companies, such as J. Crew , Express Jet ,
1-800-flowers , and even the IRS , outsource customer-service operations to third-party companies who then hire home-based workers or "agents" to take calls and orders. When you call 1-800-flowers, you may be speaking with Rebecca Dooley, a retired police officer and employee of Alpine Access , a major call-center service. When you dialed the number, your call was automatically routed to Rebecca's spare bedroom in Colorado.
Alpine Access currently employs more than 7,500 work-at-home customer-service agents who take in-bound calls (there's no outbound or cold calling) for dozens of companies. "This works perfectly for me because I can set up my hours around my family's busy lifestyle," says Rebecca, who usually works 20 to 32 hours a week, depending on her schedule.
While the typical hourly rate is about $9, Alpine Access agents who work more than 20 hours a week are eligible for benefits plus a 401k program when they have worked for over 1,000 hours. (Some companies consider their staff independent contractors, so they don't provide benefits.) Other companies that hire virtual call agents:

1. Love what you do.
Passion is key to keeping a business strategy moving. Half-heartedness in an entrepreneurial endeavor will chip away at your drive to succeed. Perseverance is the one thing that’s guaranteed to move anything over time, whether it’s a person, a job or an entire company. Abraham Lincoln failed at most of his efforts until late in his life, but he never gave up.
2. Take baby steps.
Jumping all in is rarely ever successful. There are success stories about people who invested everything once and came out winners after six months or a couple years, but those are rare. Risk management is an essential factor in any startup, and balance is vital. You can absorb losses more easily if you take smaller risks in the beginning. Those will provide essential and productive lessons.
Related: Forget Big Goals. Take Baby Steps for Small, Daily Wins.
3. Learn from others.
Successful entrepreneurs often worked for others in their field of choice before striking out on their own. Spending a few years in the industry under an excellent mentor will provide a good launching pad. Learn from your predecessors’ mistakes and brainstorm about how to improve upon their model. Find someone willing to teach, and think about starting your business elsewhere when you leave.
4. Learn how to self-promote.
Confidence and a good elevator speech can take any pitch to the next level. The first marketing any company experiences comes from its founder. Spend time learning how to share your vision without coming across as “salesy.” Don’t be afraid to ask for the sale, but remember: the client is always the focus.
5. Constantly take action.
Entrepreneurs are movers and shakers. They can’t afford to analyze every detail or they’d never get anywhere. There is no place for procrastination in a startup. It’s a 24/7, no-vacation-or-sick-days kind of job that demands constant forward momentum. Make a brief assessment at every step and move on it. Trust your instincts.

6. Make a plan.
Read about successful businesses. Take in the wealth of knowledge that’s been provided by successful entrepreneurs such as Steve Jobs and the personalities from Shark Tank . A successful business plan does not have to be a book. A 10-page plan is digestible yet long enough to include everything you need to start.
7. Build a reputation.
According to Brandi Bennett at HostGator.com,
maintaining a blog on a well-hosted website, or volunteering your time and skills, shows instead of tells the community, and thereby builds expertise and trust.

Regardless of your definition of success, there are, oddly enough, a great number of common characteristics that are shared by successful businesspeople. You can place a check beside each characteristic that you feel that you possess. This way, you can see how you stack up. Even if you don't have all of these characteristics, don't fret. Most can be learned with practice and by developing a winning attitude, especially if you set goals and apply yourself, through strategic planning, to reach those goals in incremental and measurable stages.
The Home Business Musts
Like any activity you pursue, there are certain musts that are required to be successful in a chosen activity. To legally operate a vehicle on public roadways, one must have a driver's license; to excel in sports, one must train and practice; to retire comfortably, one must become an informed investor and actively invest for retirement. If your goal is success in business, then the formula is no different. There are certain musts that have to be fully developed, implemented and managed for your business to succeed. There are many business musts, but this article contains I believe to be some of the more important musts that are required to start, operate and grow a profitable
home business .
1. Do what you enjoy.
What you get out of your business in the form of personal satisfaction, financial gain, stability and enjoyment will be the sum of what you put into your business. So if you don't enjoy what you're doing, in all likelihood it's safe to assume that will be reflected in the success of your business--or subsequent lack of success. In fact, if you don't enjoy what you're doing, chances are you won't succeed.
2. Take what you do seriously.
You cannot expect to be effective and successful in business unless you truly believe in your business and in the goods and services that you sell. Far too many home business owners fail to take their own businesses seriously enough, getting easily sidetracked and not staying motivated and keeping their noses to the grindstone. They also fall prey to naysayers who don't take them seriously because they don't work from an office building, office park, storefront, or factory. Little do these skeptics, who rain on the home business owner's parade, know is that the number of people working from home, and making very good annual incomes, has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years.
3. Plan everything.
Planning every aspect of your home business is not only a must, but also builds habits that every home business owner should develop, implement, and maintain. The act of business planning is so important because it requires you to analyze each business situation, research and compile data, and make conclusions based mainly on the facts as revealed through the research. A business plan also serves a second function, which is having your goals and how you will achieve them, on paper. You can use the plan that you create both as map to take you from point A to Z and as a yardstick to measure the success of each individual plan or segment within the plan

No-risk matched betting
Hands down the quickest way to make a lot of money (well, without breaking the law). Lots of students have genuinely made £100s from this technique. It’s completely legal, risk free, tax free, and anyone can do it.
It works by taking advantage of free bets regularly offered by betting sites through ‘matching’ them at a betting exchange. Matched betting eliminates the risk (you are betting both for and
against a certain outcome).
This leaves you being able to squeeze out the free bet, which can be as much as £200! Multiply this by how many betting sites there are and you can quite easily come away with a profit of a few hundred pounds.
Owen walks you through how to make your first £15 profit (using a real life example) in this gem of a guide to matched betting . If you know of any better way to make £30/hr sitting at home, please let us know!
2. Online surveys
Credit: Julio Marquez – Flickr.com
An increasingly popular way for students to make money is to fill out online surveys in their spare time. Research companies are always recruiting new members to answer surveys and test new products.
For a few minutes of form filling, you can make a couple of quid which is paid as cash or rewards. You can bag up to £3 ($5) for some surveys

Although it would be unfair to say all Players are essentially the same in terms of traits and personality, anybody who labels himself a “ladies' man” holds firm to a base set of ideals. Hence, there are certain words that aren’t part of the Player’s vocabulary, and certain sayings that will never escape his lips. If you’re a woman and you’re asking yourself, “How can I spot a ‘Player'?" then you simply need to listen for the following statements; if you ever hear any of them, your guy doesn’t qualify.
A successful pickup artist is typically endowed with the gift of gab, but thanks to time and experience, he carefully selects what chitchat he makes. To the receptive girl, it always sounds smooth and casual — never forced and never strained, and it will lead most any woman to relax in mere minutes. In short, Players are master conversationalists but they’re also experts at controlling their own fate. Always remember: Players would never say anything to compromise those aforementioned ideals.
“I love you”
It’s a predictable No. 1, but all the critical women out there should realize that avoiding this heartfelt statement saves you a great deal of stress and pain. As the Player has no enemies — male or female — and he frowns on manipulation and deception, he isn’t about to toy with a woman’s heart just to satisfy his base desires. At no point will a true ladies' man say: “I love you.” While it does indeed stem from a dislike of commitment , these three little words only lead to trouble. A Player will spare you that. There may come a day when a pickup artist does say those words every woman has wanted to hear since playing “wedding dress-up” as a little girl, but if so, that means two things: 1) He means it; and 2) He has voluntarily turned in his Player license. Only the cruel and evil say “I love you” to get what they want, and then go on their merry way.
“I don’t care — whatever you want to do”
At no point is a Player disinterested in his partner’s hobbies and activities, and at no point does he relinquish all control of the situation. There’s a reason why you typically only hear this statement from married or committed men; men who have already accepted their fate and have lost all interest in the proceedings. The ladies' man is always interested in hearing a woman’s suggestions for plans and he’s never a doormat, as he understands the ceaseless
female desire for avid communication. No man who claims to be successful in the playing field says, “I don’t care” very often, as it typically halts a discussion prematurely and signifies an apathetic approach to the relationship dynamic — and possibly even a weak personality . Besides, “whatever you want to do” could mean just about anything, and no Player leaves so much to chance.

How many times have you heard someone justify their behavior based on the illogical premise that history somehow makes it right and assures its ethical legitimacy into the future? In fact, throughout history influential leaders and thinkers have used this same troubled logic to defend slavery, genocide, the oppression of women, racism, and discrimination based on a whole host of irrelevant criteria including sexual orientation, religion, color and now species. In my discussions with people both online and in person, I find this interpretation of history and evolution to be one of the most common “apologies” for meat eating I hear these days. I see it as yet another way to avoid honestly confronting the moral issue of using and killing animals for food in an age when it is not necessary. Some actually sympathize with the position of vegans and vegetarians, yet still default to this argument which explains perhaps why 95% of us continue to blindly follow the cultural norms reinforced in us since childhood.
But when we are open to taking a critical look at what we have been taught, the modern myth of humans evolving to eat meat can be challenged on several levels. Here are a few of them:

1. Because we are highly evolved moral beings, averse to violence and suffering

If evolution teaches us anything at all, it teaches us that our moral consciousness and our emotional intelligence are a result of highly developed areas of our brain that afford us these faculties. “… Humans are the only animals that can intentionally structure the patterns of our lives according to a basic set of self-aware moral ideals,” writes journalist and history professor James McWilliams. “This ability, which is generally premised on reducing unnecessary pain and suffering, happens to be the foundation of human civilization.” (1)

2. Because Einstein said so

Ironically the idea that humans have somehow evolved to eat meat stands in stark contrast to the evolutionary and ethical theory of one of the greatest scientific minds who ever lived, Albert Einstein. Einstein argued that humankind would need to evolve to vegetarianism to essentially save himself and the planet. “Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.” (2)
So if the argument favoring history carries so much weight for most of us, will a mainstream move to vegetarianism as Einstein predicted ever occur? I think so. For one thing, the interpretation of history that meat eaters use to justify meat eating is selectively referenced from those historical sources that support the practice of meat-eating, while ignoring the rest of our history — namely our close ancestral relatives who were primarily or entirely herbivores.

3. Because so called progressives should think progressively about animals too

Even more ironic still is how otherwise progressive-minded people today continue to support the oppressive forces in our society with their eating habits, the same forces that they have adamantly opposed in other areas of their life — in their political leanings, in their religious and spiritual beliefs, in the kind of media and entertainment they seek, in the sort of books and magazines they read, etc. Still the oppression of animals remains unexamined for most progressives, and their diets reveal a deep denial of this oppression. But even this recalcitrance appears to be softening. Victoria Moran, author of Main Street Vegan, recounts that at one point her friend Michael Moore was “anti-vegan” but is now on the vegan path.

4. Because glorifying the history of humankind’s baser instincts thwarts evolution

Yet even in the face of these exciting new developments, groups like the Weston A. Price, Foundation argue that evolution essentially has a gun to our heads to consume animal products (Horn, Meat Logic). Other variations on the “we’ve always eaten animals” logic include the popular Paleo diet, whose fan sites unearth a vast ancestral mythology on the rituals of eating animals, referencing allegedly scientific, anthropological and cultural studies to prove it. Prehistoric humans and their ancestors ate some amount of meat. There’s no question about that. However, an in-depth analysis by science writer Rob Dunn published in the Scientific American reports on recent studies indicating that Human Ancestors Were Nearly All Vegetarians. But, again, is what our ancestors ate really relevant to the very different circumstances we face today regarding our food choices and lifestyles? We are no more compelled to eat like our ancestors than we are to practice cannibalism, rape, slavery, murder, or any of the other violent traditions which are all an unfortunate part of our human legacy.
5. Because by focusing on our potential to do good now, we overcome the oppressive tendencies of our past
All this talk of what is right for us to eat based on past examples distracts us from dealing with the here and now, over which we have complete control. No one is arguing that we don’t have a long history of hunting and eating animals. The more timely question is why, in an age when meat eating is unnecessary (for the vast majority of the human population), would we want to focus on what our ancestors ate some 10,000 or more years ago? To paraphrase author Colleen Patrick Goudreau, why would we want to base our ethics for eating on our paleontological ancestors whose lives were dictated by a vastly different set of circumstances and about whom we still have many unanswered questions? Certainly there are lessons to learn from history on many levels, but in relating historical facts to present circumstances, context and relevancy are everything.

The Myths About Eating Meat

One of the greatest and most harmful nutrition myths is that meat doesn’t belong in a healthy diet. Meat consumption is blamed for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity. But if you want to point fingers at the culprit behind these health issues, point at sugar. Blame the overconsumption of carbohydrates like grains and potatoes that break down into sugar in the body.1

For more than two million years we were primarily meat eaters. Only in the last 10,000 years did the human diet shift, with the cultivation of grains and legumes. But are we more suited to this diet lower in meat? In the last 10,000 years we’ve gotten smaller in stature and brain size. With a heavily grain- and sugar-based diet, we are suffering increased rates of obesity, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis. We’re also experiencing alarming incidence of skin problems, heart disease, and inflammation of all kinds.2

I have to politely disagree with the anti-meat argument. Our genes were developed before the agricultural revolution, when we were not only meat eaters, but enthusiastic ones at that. On top of that, the human genome has changed less than 0.02% in the last 40,000 years. Our bodies were genetically programed for optimal functioning on a diet including meat, and that programming has not changed.

There’s plenty of information circulating about why we shouldn’t eat meat. Here are some reasons why we should:

We Were Created That Way

By nature, humans are meat eaters, and our bodies are designed for it. We have incisors for tearing meat, and molars for grinding it. If we were meant to subsist on vegetables alone, our digestive system would be similar to that of the cow, with four stomachs and the ability to ferment cellulose in order to break down plant material.

The degenerative health conditions that are prevalent now weren’t around when the cavemen were living off meat, vegetables, fish, nuts, seeds, and fruits. In hunter/gatherer societies, 45-65% of energy requirements were derived from animal sources, and heart disease, obesity and type 2 diabetes - the diseases that plague society today - were not a problem.3 With the introduction of grains and processed foods, these diseases reared their ugly heads at alarming rates.4

In the past few decades, meat has been blamed for all sorts of diseases. But we’ve been eating meat for a long time and blaming new health problems on old foods doesn’t make much sense.
Here are 7 reasons why you don’t need to avoid meat (unless if you want to).

1. We Function Best Eating Both Plants and Animals

Throughout evolution, humans and pre-humans have been eating meat
Our digestive systems are well equipped to make full use of the fats, proteins and nutrients found in animal foods.
The truth is that humans are omnivores. We function best eating both animals and plant
Humans have much shorter digestive systems than herbivores and don’t have the specialized organs to digest cellulose, the main fiber in plants.
Humans also have canines, with big brains, opposing thumbs and the ability to make tools to hunt. Meat was one of the reasons humans were able to evolve such large, elaborate brains.
Some of the earliest evidence shows that our pre-human ancestors were eating meat as early as 1.5 million years ag

2. Meat Contains Nutrients

High quality, unprocessed meat is high in many nutrients.
A 100 gram portion (3.5 ounces) of raw ground beef contains vitamin B12, B3 (Niacin), B6, iron, zinc, selenium and various other vitamins and minerals (5).
Vitamin B12 is particularly important because it can not be gotten from commonly consumed plants. Many people who avoid animal foods are deficient in it
Unprocessed meat is also loaded with healthy fats, but meat from grass-fed animals contains up to 5 times as much omega-3 as meat from grain-fed animals
But the nutrient composition of meat goes beyond all the macro- and micronutrients that we are all familiar with.
There is also a plethora of lesser-known nutrients in meat, that can not be gotten from plants:
  • Creatine forms an energy reserve in the muscles and brain and is found only in animal foods
  • Carnosine functions as an anti-oxidant and provides protection against many degenerative processes. Carnosine is only found in animal foods
  • DHA and EPA are the active forms of omega-3 in the human body and found primarily in animal foods. The body is inefficient at converting ALA (the plant form of omega-3) to the active forms,
There are many other nutrients that are specific to animal foods, just like there are nutrients that are specific to plants.

3. Meat Doesn’t Raise Your Risk of Cardiovascular Disease or Diabetes

There are many claims about meat being able to contribute to serious diseases like cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
The main reason for these claims is that meat is high in saturated fat.
However, this myth has actually been debunked quite thoroughly in recent years.
Studies now show that saturated fat in the diet is not linked to heart disease (20, 21).
In a massive study from Harvard that looked at data from 20 studies with a total of 1,218,380 individuals, they found no association between unprocessed red meat, cardiovascular disease and diabetes (22).
The EPIC study from Europe didn’t find any association either and this study included almost 450 thousand people (23).
However, both of these studies found a significantly increased risk for processed meat.
If you want to avoid chronic disease, then it makes sense to avoid processed meat as much as possible. But unprocessed meat seems to be fine.

4. Meat Contains High Quality Protein

Proteins are long strings of amino acids that are linked together and folded into complex shapes.
There are about 9 amino acids that we can not produce and must get from the diet.
In this regard, animal proteins contain all the amino acids that we need, while many plant proteins have a suboptimal amino acid profi.
Not surprisingly, consumption of animal protein is associated with increased muscle mass
Another thing that protein is important for is bone health. The studies show that consumption of protein is associated with increased bone density in old age and a lower risk of fracture
If you want to gain (or maintain) muscle, as well as prevent osteoporosis and fractures in old age, then the protein in meat can be beneficial.

i have heard many christians say GOD meant for them to be rich, even preachers, and i remember once hearing a woman preacher...joyce myers say that GOD intended to make her rich so she would not have to live in poverty. but then joyce myers as a christian is a laugh...a true CHRISTian would never call others fat cows because they disagree with her. consider these verses in Proverbs 23 (KJV);
4Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.

5Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.

Many people accept that rich people are lacking in a particular area. The look for all of the deficits when they make their haphazard studies and quickly come to a conclusion. If they don't do this, they hear what poor people are saying and quickly agree because they do not know better.
However, getting rich is easy. It takes wisdom and common sense. Wisdom is knowing what to do with what you have. Common sense is sound judgment, prudence, and diligence. What many of us fail to realize is that there are an abundant of resources here on Earth, yet, we still compete for what others have.
All we have to do is uncover these resources and come up with new ways for using them. We can become rich by giving thanks for what we do have, instead of worrying over what we don't have. Wealth is a spiritual game that soon becomes material. A person becomes rich because they observe certain spiritual laws. The money comes afterwards.

What does it mean to be rich and why are you supposed to be rich? Being rich means that you have access to all of these resources and that there are no qualms about using them. You are supposed to be rich because you live on a rich Earth. Most people are not rich because the people around them are not rich. If you think about it, everything is available--you just have to see it.
You must master the social aspect of getting rich. If you fear failure, criticism, or poverty, you will not get rich. If you decide to take action on what you truly believe in, then you will get rich. To get rich, you must put people first. It will come with criticism, but you can overcome the circumstance with acts of love.
Getting rich is a completely unselfish act. All it means is that you are helping people solve their problems. Money is a byproduct of the value that you render in the marketplace. The more positively that you impact someone with value, the more income you will make. Impact=Income. If you want to make more money, give more value to more people.
Too many people act emotionally when money is involved. If you have ever played the game of "Monopoly", you'll know what I am saying. Even if it's a friendly game, people still act irrationally and their whole attitudes change. They aren't the same person because their thinking has been reduced to the limited resources that are available.
"Poverty is the root of all evil"-Mark Twain
It is the same in life. If you focus in on opportunities that give little value and reward, you will get little value and reward out of it. If you try to take a short cut, you will get cut short. Conversely, if you go into a field with high-profit margins and learn from the best, there is not shortage on the money you can earn. No job will pay you what your dream is worth.
Therefore, you are supposed to be rich!

Luke: I can’t believe it.
Yoda: That is why you fail.
My research into the traits of influencers and achievers continues, and as I turn more pieces of this puzzle around to fit the whole, more ideas appear to me as a fit for this space.  In this edition, reflections on falling short — more precisely, why we fail despite ourselves.
1. Like Yoda said, you just don’t believe it.
The crucial part of Yoda’s dialogue with Luke is “believe.”  The human brain is a powerful problem-solving and prediction making machine, and it operates via a multitude of feedback loops. What matters most in the feedback loop dynamic is input — what goes into the loop that begins the analysis-evaluation-action process, which ultimately results in an outcome. Here’s the kicker: if your input shuttle for achieving a goal lacks the critical, emotionally relevant component of belief, then the feedback loop is drained of octane from the start.  Another way to say that is — why would you expect a convincingly successful outcome when you haven’t convinced yourself that it’s possible?
2.  Other people have convinced you of your “station.”
I’ve always thought the “know your station in life” idea to be among the most pernicious we humans have ever come up with.  The only version of it I like is Tennessee Williams’:   “A high station in life is earned by the gallantry with which appalling experiences are survived with grace.”  Love that Tennessee Williams.  What’s more pernicious than the idea itself is that it’s often heaved upon us by other people, and they convince us that we are what we are and we’d better just live with it because, well, that’s what we’ll always be.  Really? Says who? Show me the chapter on predetermined stations in the cosmic rule book, please. This also gets back to the feedback loop dynamic, because if this external “station” scripting is part of your input, you can expect sub-par outcomes all the time.
3. You don’t want to be a distrupter.
The word “disrupter” has taken on such a heavy, mixed bag of meanings in the last few years.  Reading both popular psychology and business books, I’m not sure if it’s a good or bad thing to be.   One thing seems certain — the notion of disrupting anything–of being the water that breaks the rock–is scary to most of us.  Reason being, disruption is perceived as a threat to our threat-sensitive brains. Disruption means that consistency, stability and certainty might get jettisoned for a time, and that puts our hard-wired internal defense system on high alert. Sometimes, though, you have to override the alarms and move ahead anyway.  If you never do, you’ll never know what could happen.
4. You think, “what if I die tomorrow?”
We all think this from time to time.  And you know what, sure, any of us might die tomorrow — all the more reason not to waste time thinking about it and hamstringing yourself from going after what you want to achieve.  Would you rather die as a monument to mediocrity or as someone who never quit striving?  Which leads to the next one…

5.  You wonder how you will be remembered.
The rub here is simply that, if you “die tomorrow,” will people remember you as someone who clung to stability like an existential life preserver — and is that what you really want?  I know for a fact that many people do want exactly that, because it’s a comfortable niche to occupy on the obituary page.  ”She/he was a good person, good friend, good….”  Good is fine, but it ain’t great. You can’t strive for great achievements by dropping anchor in Goodville.  My take on this is: it’s OK to wonder how you’ll be remembered, but don’t let thoughts of “good and nice and stable” effect that all important feedback loop, because if you do your brain will be happy to oblige with lots of good and little else.

The 7 Reasons We Fail

Plus, how to rebound from our missteps
Harvey Mackay
February 3, 2015
As any successful person will honestly admit, failure happens, and we’ve all had our fair share of it. But from each failure, we learn two equally valuable lessons. One, that there was at least one reason we failed; and two, that we can rebound from that failure.
So, why do we fail? And how do we fix it?
Related: Why Failure Is Good for Success
According to Shiv Khera, author of You Can Win, failures most often occur for one of seven reasons. And Harvey Mackay, best-selling author and business speaker, says each one can teach us something valuable, can show us how to avoid falling back into the same hole.
Here are the most common failure-causing problems and their solutions
:

1. Lack of Persistence

More people fail not because they lack knowledge or talent but because they just quit. It’s important to remember two words: persistence and resistance. Persist in what must be done and resist what ought not to be done.
Try new approaches. Persistence is important, but repeating the same actions over and over again, hoping that this time you'll succeed, probably won’t get you any closer to your objective. Look at your previous unsuccessful efforts and decide what to change. Keep making adjustments and midcourse corrections, using your experience as a guide.

2. Lack of Conviction

People who lack conviction take the middle of the road. But what happens in the middle of the road? You get run over. People without conviction go along to get along because they lack confidence and courage. They conform in order to get accepted, even when they know that what they are doing is wrong.
Decide what is important to you. If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right and doing well. Let your passion show even in mundane tasks. It’s OK to collaborate and cooperate for success, but it’s not OK to compromise your values—ever.

3. Rationalization

Winners might analyze, but they never rationalize. Losers rationalize and have a book full of excuses to tell you why they couldn’t succeed.
Change your perspective. Don’t think of every unsuccessful attempt as a failure. Few people succeed at everything the first time. Most of us attain our goals only through repeated effort. Do your best to learn everything you can about what happened and why.

4. Dismissal of Past Mistakes

Some people live and learn, and some only live. Failure is a teacher if we have the right attitude. Wise people learn from their mistakes—experience is the name they give to slipups.
Define the problem better. Analyze the situation—what you want to achieve, what your strategy is, why it didn’t work. Are you really viewing the problem correctly? If you need money, you have more options than increasing revenue. You could also cut expenses. Think about what you’re really trying to do.

5. Lack of Discipline

Anyone who has accomplished anything worthwhile has never done it without discipline. Discipline takes self-control, sacrifice and avoiding distractions and temptations. It means staying focused.
Don’t be a perfectionist. You might have an idealized vision of what success will look and feel like. Although that can be motivational, it might not be realistic. Succeeding at one goal won’t eliminate all your problems. Be clear on what will satisfy your objectives and don’t obsess about superficial details.

6. Poor Self-Esteem

Poor self-esteem is a lack of self-respect and self-worth. People with low self-confidence are constantly trying to find themselves rather than creating the person they want to be.
Don’t label yourself. You might have failed, but you’re not a failure until you stop trying. Think of yourself as someone still striving toward a goal, and you’ll be better able to maintain your patience and perseverance for the long haul.

7. Fatalistic Attitude

A fatalistic attitude prevents people from accepting responsibility for their position in life. They attribute success and failure to luck. They resign themselves to their fate, regardless of their efforts, that whatever has to happen will happen anyway.
Look in the mirror every day and say, I am in charge. You might not have control over every phase of your life, but you have more control than you realize, and you are responsible for your own happiness and success. Your attitude determines your altitude, and you can turn “down and out” into “up and at ’em.”
